We send only B2B (that's Business 2 Business) emails containing information that is relevent to your business, and we use your published email address. This conforms to Section 4.(2) of Australia's Spam Act 2003

In short, it allows for B2B emails to be sent to an electronic address that has been conspicuously published by a person in a business, and as long as the email sent to that address is relevant to that business. That's how the Act screens out spam, but allows businesses to communicate with each other.
